ABOUT ME

I have been born in Berne where I visited the schools. I studied the ETH in Zürich. First I worked as an electrical engineer at the BBC company in Baden Switzerland, then at the Softwareschule Schweiz in Bern and the University of Applied Sciences in Biel/Bienne as a professor for computer sci.
My wife has been born in Basel where she visited the schools. She has studied Occupational Therapy in Zürich. After work in Bad Ragaz and in an institute for disabled children in Bern she worked on here own in a cabinet which she is sharing with 4 other therapists.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Until now, we have only hosted guests and have not yet travelled this very challenging way. We have met open minded and interesting people.

Interests

Gardening, Travelling, discussion mainly about politics. Engagement in alternative energy and migration. Skiing and sailing.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like mainly old music as old Jazz and Rock N'Roll. My wife likes world-music, classical music and is interested in movies and books about other countries and biographies of women.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We have done so many amazing things, that we can't say what the most amazing thing was.

Teach, Learn, Share

Actually I am teaching mathematics to some individual students. We are both engaged in several volunteer projects.
