About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Finding out what my mission is and having a great time in between.

ABOUT ME

I'm Brazilian, but I don't know much about samba or life in the jungle. I live in a beautiful sunny cosy town by the northeastern sea. I consider myself a person of simple pleasures, which means I don't need much to have a great time. In fact, a warm day on the beach with friends and some beer and music should do it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hosting, surfing or hanging out whenever and wherever possible, learning with such experiences and teaching what I know about this pale blue dot

Interests

Traveling (obviously!), getting to know new cultures and languages and people, music, reading, biking, architecture, cuisine. I'm also a beach lover! Swimming, snorkeling, kayaking or just lazying on the sand with some good company, an ice cold beer and music make me extremely happy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There was this day in Firenze back in 2008. It was early summer, so the weather was warm and sunny. I was with a backpacker who I had met earlier at the hostel, and she had such a nice conversation. We spent the whole day just walking randomly around town, talking, getting lost, enjoying the scenery and the people and the movement, occasionally getting inside a bar or café for a couple of beers, and that was it until late evening.

For me, that one day wraps up everything I enjoy about traveling.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you a bit of the lovely Portuguese language and how to eat buchada - a traditional local stew made of goat guts - without puking your own guts out :)
