True happiness is just feeling accomplished and tired at the end of the day... everyday. Also it's important to eat a balanced diet and get a good night's sleep.
Interests
I love bicycles. I like all self propelled motion. I like the sensation of speed as long as my legs and arms are somehow involved.
I like playing musical instruments. Decorating time with sounds with my friends ranks high up there on my favorite things list.
I like to draw and write too. Sitting outside on a nice day and doodling in my journal is also very pleasurable for me.
