Overview
About Me
I'm currently travelling South America with my partner Tim.
Meeting locals is always a highlight because they give a greater insight to the country. I love exploring different pockets of the world through a locals eyes.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
This to me feels more like travelling than being locked away in a hotel room. I have loved meeting people through couch surfing. I've made some pretty great friendships.
Interests
I love drawing and painting. I have done a few murals in bars and cafes.
I also love being outside and love outdoor activities
Music, Movies, and Books
I love a variety of of music. My music taste is so broad that it's difficult to list here.
My favourite movies are; Fight Club, The Inglorious Bastards, Donnie Darko, The Grand Budapest Hotel, The Departed, and Moonrise Kingdom. From what I can think of off the top of my head anyway. Oh and I love a good documentary!
Again a lot of different books.
I'm trying a kindle for the first times, as a means to pack a little lighter. I'm about the prospect of using technology to read books though.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was very excited to do the Annapurna circuit around the Himalayas in Nepal. Trekking 21 days when I was 19.
I also work in Arnhem Land in the NT of Australia. That place us amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
Art! I got roped into taking a bunch of art classes with a couchsurfing host once. Long story.
When it comes to learning I am open for anything! I have loved learning so much from hosts and people I meet on the road! I especially like to learn about the country I'm in.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am clean, easy going and friendly. I can help around the house, no problem!
