ABOUT ME

I am a fitness guy. That pretty much sums things up. I've been a trainer for 8 years. I ride my bike everywhere to stay fit and to promote clean air. I like to eat chocolate every day. I enjoy riding bikes and going to movies. I love traveling and making a new friend along the way. People say I have a great sense of humor. I do like to joke a lot. I really think the couchsurfing idea is so cool! People who allow travelers to spend the night are the true heroes of a solo traveler.-Gary Hess

Our bodies are transport vehicles for our souls. We must treat ourselves to good food and exercise,so we can move around this world and experience all that it has to offer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Laurel in Danbury,Conn invited me for a night last week(Dec 7,2009). We had great conversation. We talked about our travel experiences. Claudio DeCastro of Cinncinati hosted me for 2 days. We shopped,talked and trained at his gym.(Dec.10-12,2009). Anna of Phoenix hosted me for a night(March 2010). We went on a hike and had margaritas.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

When my grandfather passed away I was very upset that I never got to say good-bye. Three months later he came into my dreams. I walked up to him and gave him a big hug. I felt his arms around me and I could still smell his after-shave cologne. We looked each other face to face and said good-bye. I still cry everytime I think of this experience.
