About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To figure out how I need to get where I don't know I need to be!

ABOUT ME

If you don't read my profile, you wont be staying on my couch. Sorry :) (though I suppose if you're not reading my profile that means you probably wont be reading this) oh well.

I am a person who really dislikes staying in one place. I love to travel and learn about other cultures, and I find differences between various countries to be extremely fascinating. I want to find it all out on my own without having to read about it in a book. I also love to relax, if I have a good book I can finish it in a day. I love to get lost. It's the best way to find some of life's little secrets ;)

PHILOSOPHY

Life is too dam short, so figure out what makes you happy or you'll die an unfulfilled person.

And smile, it's contagious ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I couchrsurfed in Australia for the first time and had a great time. I also went to a few events in Sacramento.
Now my partner and I have are living in a house with a spare bedroom and have been hosting people! We've met some wonderful people and hope to meet many more! We're also involved in some Cork couchsurfing events.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couch surfed a few times in Australia, once in Dublin and in Barcelona. I have only had amazing experiences with this extraordinary concept! Had some experiences that I will never forget and met people who I still keep in contact with!

Interests

I love to travel, read, hang out with friends and explore new beers (I never new there were so many), go to the gym, watch a movie. Try to figure my life out! Seems like a constant battle :) And once again travel. I have been finding it hard to utilize my degree, because I feel exploring the world should be my true job.

Music, Movies, and Books

movies: Crash, V for Vendetta, Anything with Adam Sandler, Bullworth, Old Boy, Fight Club, Death at a Funeral, and a million others that I can't think of.
Music: I like anything that isn't country, or (most) pop.
Books: Wayyyyyyyyyy wayyyyyy too many to put on here! If you really want to know ask and I'll tell you.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I skydived and bunji jumped in New Zealand.
Saw and did some amazing things in Israel: went to a Druiz village, rode a camel, swam in the dead sea. Hiked a really high mountain in Haifa (I forgot what it was called). Climbed the Masada at sunrise.
White water rafted down a rapid 4-5 river in Australia.
Snorkeled in the GBR in Australia
Swam with reef sharks in Fiji

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach a little sign language (ASL) and basic Hebrew.
I would love to learn another language fluently... any language, I"m not picky!
I can share all my experiences with you (and my couch;)

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Canada, Fiji, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, United Kingdom, Virgin Islands, British
