About Me
Hi :)
We are traveling across Canada for 5 weeks. We chose to visit both Canada and Quebec by hitchhiking because we do believe that this is one of the best way to meet Canadians, share good moments with you and to discover this country and its culture. It is our first experience with CS and we are very excited to spend some time with you, going out, cooking,...
We arrived in Montreal on the 18th. We are now heading to Quebec city. We are planning to spend time around (Île d'Orleans, île aux coudres, Tadoussac, Saguenay, lac Saint-Jean). We would like then to take the train going from Sept-Île to Shefferville (sounds very nice). After this trip to the North, we will go to Gaspesie and explore this region.
Of course then the Niagara Falls.
This is where our big trip to West by hitchhiking will start. Sault Sainte Marie, Thunder Bay, Winnipeg, Regina, Calgary, Jasper, Banff, Vancouver island and Haida Gwaii.
Looking forward to meeting you soon :)

Interests
Julie
Let me introduce myself. I am a friendly, smiling and positive person. I love hiking and cycling in the nature. I am passionate about art, cooking, going to the opera and the theatre. I love meeting new people. I also like discovering and testing new things.
I graduated from a perfumery school where I learned marketing, management and how to smell a perfume. I worked in this industry but I recently quit my job to get new experiences. I was in Grasse (South of France) last month to pick the rose flower in the Chanel fields. The rose centifolia is used in the famous Chanel 5. I now would like to become a Sommelier. So I am starting a course in October in Dijon, Bourgogne (one of the wine region in France). I love the French gastronomy and I enjoy testing French first, second and three stars restaurants across France. I do like mixing smelling and tasting food and wine.
My boyfriend and I do love travelling by hitchhiking in France and in Europe. He wants to become a baker and cultivate wheat, spelt and other ancient cereals. So we are planning to buy a farm and be energy and food autosuffisant. We are trying to be the more ecological than we can by eating fresh and local food, recycling things, cycling (instead of driving), and so on.
Camille
After this such long speech from Julie, I will be short to introduce myself.
I am a medical student in my last year, working in public health care. My misions will be to prevent and riduce environmental risks on people health. I practise yoga for a few years now. I like spending time in nature, independant cinema, cooking vegetarian food as I'm a vegetarian myself.
I trie to reduce my ecological foot print . So, after gradueting, my boyfriend and I would like to build and live in a ecological house.
