Hi! My name is Camille, I am a French 23 yo backpacker🎒. I am from Lille but I don’t live there since I started travelling end of 2022.
I spend one year in Australia 🇦🇺 and now I am back in Europe where I travelled a little bit. I m currently in Switzerland.

At the moment, I’m still travelling but soon I will go back in my physiotherapy study and you will be welcome in Lille ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I did a bike 🚴 trip myself 2 years ago. It was my first trip alone. I planned to do some bivouac but without know why I knocked at the door of the house to put my tent ⛺️ in their garden 🪴 . After several refusal, a woman welcome me to her house and I shared a dinner 🥘 with her and her husband. It was exceptional and we had such a good time. I am so grateful for them to open their door and let me discover what travel really mean.!

If I am on Couchsurfing now it s to live this kind of experience again! Sharing!

For the moment I can not host because I don’t have stable accommodation since I am back from Australia. But the day I will have one, for sure I will host people to continue to travel through the story.

Interests

I m pretty an active person. I love doing sport mostly running, cycling and recently climbing.
Obviously I love travelling, meeting new people, speaking a new language, discovering a new culture. I love playing games, cooking and talking (maybe to much sometimes 🫣)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During my trip in Australia, I did some road trip. The first I did was 15 people in 6 cars 🚗 . The amazing thing about this is that nobody knew each other before to do this road trip.
We all meet on Facebook. From strangers they are now my travel family.
