About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To live life to the fullest. Also, to become a professional farmer and learn how to create food security within a community and bind people together through a shared experience of delicious, nutritious food. And of course, care for Mother Earth :)
ABOUT ME
This is the hardest part.
I am easy going and love to have fun and explore new and exciting aspects of life with new and old friends. I love deep conversation. I love to cook and explore different cultures through the food that they eat. I recently have been accepted to the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and will be studying Sustainable Food & Farming. I would love to travel the world and figure out how to feed hungry people through organic, sustainable means.
PHILOSOPHY
live and let live. One can find the finer things in every part of life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
So far I have only surfed but I have had incredible experiences with hosts and will remain in touch with them for years to come. I also plan to host in the future! Right now I am a student at university so I am unable to host people but once I get my own place I definitely have plans of hosting other surfers.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have surfed with many people while backpacking through Europe. Some experiences have been a bit strange but I have made some incredible bonds with the people I have surfed with. The people that hosted me had no idea what I what to expect, but they always kept an open mind and we mutually enjoyed each others company! Once I was CS in Munich and I lost my sister the day we were supposed to leave. I called my CS host and he was more than willing to help me find her and he even let us stay another night! Great people can be found through this organization!
Interests
I love music (creating, listening, and finding new), cooking, eating, basketball, tennis, skiing (water and snow), tea, chilling, partying, meeting new people, deep discussions. Also doing anything with my dog, Sophie :)

Teach, Learn, Share
The more that I learn, the more I realize I don't know. I know this is a cliché but it is quite true. Everything that I have experienced in my life has taught me that I can never be sure of anything. I find this as a good thing, however, because this always leaves something to be discovered. If anyone has anything they can teach me, I am always willing to learn. I think this can be done most simply by taking the time of day to stop and talk with people, not to them but with them. Listening is a great tool to have and it helps me every day.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Thoughtful conversation, a home cooked meal, and hopefully a few laughs!
