ABOUT ME

My parents dragged me around a lot as a kid, which has meant that I am good at meeting new people and feel comfortable in different situations. I'm a country girl at heart, who loves adventure, and nature, but loves the city for its galleries, architecture and historical references.

PHILOSOPHY

I participate gently in this world. Housewife, Gardner, home produce cook, homemade gift maker and giver.

My whole life I have gravitated towards hobbies that allowed me to spend time in the outdoors. I have done a lot of hiking and rock climbing, xc skiing, canoeing, and general wanders through the countryside. I also have enjoyed drawing and painting, although I am in a lull with that side of my personality. I spend most of my spare time with my family, and enjoy cooking and tending our vegetable garden, and walking our chocolate lab puppy called "blue".

I can teach Sahaja Yoga meditation. I can teach curriculum design for teachers. We would be open to people wanting to do some gardening in the veg patch in exchange for a bed and meals.
