I live in a big house alone and I like to share my space with others . I believe in the mutual hospitality

I'm a good chef I like cooking italian food, indian food and thai food and I'd like mix this culture in cuisine .
i practise yoga hata yoga, asthanga yoga, yiengar hoga in my private studio inside my house.
i practise meditation two time a day.

i 'm a cinephile... I' like the huge and different expression of art cinema ...i like rastafari dub music and message...i don't watch tv but i prefer read a book..in my house no tv
