I have varied musical interests. I think that Breaking Bad and Game of Thrones are two of the best stories ever told on Television. I am a Shakespeare nerd. The Amelia Peabody series written by Elizabeth Peters is one of my favorites to revisit time and again.

I gave birth completely naturally in my home. 24 hours of hard labor!

I'm a fitness coach. I work with the Steel Mace, Indian Clubs, and Natural Movement. I love sharing my knowledge. I also sew and make hats. I love learning about photography, foraging, wildcrafting, herbalism, fitness, and much more.
