About Me

I'm on a one year sabbatical traveling through Central and South America.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's a much better way to meet new people and learn from a local. I promise to bring good vibes and great conversations. Whether it's exploring your favorite neighborhood, sharing a meal, or just having a memorable chat, I'm all about making the most of every journey.

Interests

I love travelling and this year I've learnt so much, about other cultures and about myself. It's been an amazing journey so far. I'm all about the people and the connections that make every journey unique. From sharing stories over a cozy meal to exploring the local scene with new friends, I'm all about creating those unforgettable moments. 🥂🙌

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite band of all times is Nightwish, a combination of rock and opera that just tickles my senses.
Interested in psychology and reading about it at present.
Into the Wild is probably the best movie I've seen.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most incredible things I've done on this amazing continent was embarking on a thrilling trek through the Andes Mountains.

I hiked the breathtaking Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, a journey that felt like stepping into history itself. The rugged beauty of the landscape, the ancient ruins hidden in the clouds, and the sheer sense of accomplishment when I reached the Sun Gate – it's an adventure I'll treasure forever.

Also volunteering in a permaculture farm in Northern Peru was an incredible experience where I've learnt a lot of things about nature and animals and a sustainable way of leaving.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've been living in London for 16 years and I am fluent in English, I've also taught English in Thailand for one year so I would be able to teach English if asked. I'd also love to learn more Spanish, although I speak well enough to be understood.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I've seen many countries and experienced the diverse culture South America has to offer and I'd love to learn more, and learn Spanish along the way.

Be a responsible and low-impact guest. Conserve resources, clean up after myself, and be mindful of the environment.

After my stay, I'll leave a positive review on the platform to show my appreciation but also help future travelers.
