Overview
About Me
I am a young Tanzanian woman who finds joy in the simple, powerful rhythm of life. To me, food is a love language. I love the art of cooking it just as much as the pleasure of eating it. To keep my energy high and my spirit bright, I stay active and love the challenge of exercise. Above all, I value connection; I am a dedicated listener who believes that being present for others is the best way to stay grounded.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
"I am here to share the true spirit of Tanzanian hospitality (Utu) and break down stereotypes about solo female travelers from East Africa. As a Tanzanian woman, I love meeting people from different walks of life to exchange stories, traditional recipes, and perspectives.
Whether I am hosting in my home city or surfing in a new country, my goal is to build a global family. I believe that travel is the best education, and Couchsurfing allows me to see the world through the eyes of locals while offering a 'home away from home' to those visiting the 255."

What I Can Share with Hosts
"I’d love to bring a bit of Tanzania to your home! I can cook us a traditional Pilau or Chapati dinner, share some authentic Kilimanjaro coffee I’m traveling with, and teach you a few Swahili phrases. I’m an easy-going guest, so I’m also happy to help out with dishes and keeping the place tidy while I'm there."
