We are CJ & Mikey. CJ's a musician as well as a licensed (but not currently practicing) lawyer, and Mikey is a stand-up comedian and behavioral therapist for teens with special needs.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

C.J. Couchsurfed in the UK a couple years ago. It was a great experience.

We love meeting new people and getting info about a city's treasures from its actual residents.

We'd like to host in the near future, here in Richmond CA.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Once, and it was great! I traveled to the UK a couple summers ago and had a lovely time staying with wonderful, welcoming folks.

I look forward to hosting travelers in the SF Bay in the future.

Interests

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

CJ:
Featured in Rolling Stone Magazine in 2012 as one of the best buskers in the USA, passed the california bar exam, hiked the Cinque Terre.

Mikey:

Once, I was lost at sea in a 6 foot dingy in the Gulf of Mexico during a squall. I river rafted down the Colorado river- that was sweet.
I've also been chased out of a stream in Alaska by a Grizzly Bear. Ask me to explain this one further in person.... it's a doozy. I also hosted a Halloween show in SF with Too Short, and I've been hosted by/ shared a stage with Dave Chappelle. Those were definitely highlights thus far.
