I was born in North Carolina but I am now living in Michigan, United States.
I have an insatiable desire to travel. Last summer was spent road tripping across the continental United States exploring, hiking, taking it all in.
I am about to embark on a journey to Europe to broaden my horizons and absorb every ounce of culture I can find.

Music is one of the largest parts of my life, I am the lead vocalist and bassist of a band in the US, I love making music with my friends, watching live music and of course listening to music. I enjoy classics like Bob Dylan, Beach Boys, Leonard Cohen and Lou Reed as well as a contrast with modern music from all different genres; experimental, hip-hop, R & B, and classical.

As far as reading is concerned my favorite authors are Albert Camus, Hermann Hesse and Kurt Vonnegut Jr.

Some movies I enjoy are directed by Wes Anderson, such as Moonrise Kingdom and The Grand Budapest Hotel. I love the Stephen King adaptation film, The Shining, Fight Club and an obscure film called Holy Mountain. But, I will watch just about anything that piques my interest.
