ABOUT ME

Hello, I am small, energetic and just love being on the move! If I'm not travelling I'm planning my next trip! I love exploring, learning, taking pictures, meeting people, chilling out, going out and am happy and friendly!
currently I am living in Oz with my partner and Ziggy the dog (who is a super fantastic dog who is learning obediance and dog dancing)

PHILOSOPHY

I think smiling is important; even if I look goofy all the time! I also enjoy quiet time, I think it is important to take everything in around you and have a good think.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted and have travelled both using CS and through friends. Being able to meet people who actually live in the place you dream to visit is an amazing opportunity.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

not all through CS= I have been couch surfing in Australia. I also enjoyed living with a host family in New Zealand (well- my employer and his wife- like my adopted NZ parents!) I also love a bit of freedom camping in the van! I have been on the move for many years and want to host whenever I can. I was able to host in UK and now will be able to host in Oz!

Interests

I absolutly love music. I began writing music on a computer and have also dabbled in a bit of recording! However, I have no computer at the moment so Im making music in my head! I love swimming and could swim for hours, it really helps me clear my head and take in all the things that have happened during the day! I enjoy looking at historical sites, photography, cooking for my friends,, going out, (Kareoke since I have been in Japan!) and drinking Sake! oh- and travel of course! Now as I am getting settled I am focused on dog obedience and growing veggies! its all new to me this settling down buisness! Im even going to start making some cakes soon! ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

Love music from folk, drum and bass, electronica to J-pop!
I am currently reading about 5 books!
My fav films are Studio Ghibli- I really enjoy watching films at the cinema! I often go alone and really enjoy it!
I also love Stephen Colbert- makes me giggle!

flew a plane (well- held the stick for about 5 seconds!)
