About Me
ABOUT ME
I absolutely love travelling and meeting people from around the world.
My most amazing trip was spending three months working for a charity in Madagascar and then travelling in East Africa, which has left me totally obsessed with that part of the world. I also hitch-hiked from Bristol, UK to Morocco and spent one summer travelling in the North of India. With friends from university, I travelled overland from Croatia to Istanbul, probably my favourite city in the world. My latest adventure was to Burkina Faso, West Africa, where I worked with two disability rights organisations for 3 months.
I find myself spending a lot of time planning my next adventure!
I recently studies a Masters degree in Human Rights in London and now work for a human rights group in the UK Parliament as well as working in a community centre.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have only couchsurfed once before, in Rome and the experience was so great that it made me want to be much more involved in couchsurfing. My friend and I were truly welcomed in Rome and shown parts of the city we would otherwise never have seen.
My housemate hosted a few couchsurfers whilst we were at university and it was always fun meeting these people. When I next have a couch available, I look forward to hosting too!
