I love any feel good, cruisy tunes, especially with latin influence, female vocalists with chill beats, classic jazz numbers, and a bit of everything else. (e.g. Buena Vista Social Club, Morcheeba, Zero 7, Ravi Shankar, Bill Evans trio)

Some favourite movies include: The Big Lebowski, Barfly, Amelie, The Natural History of the Chicken, I <3 Huckabees and PBS documentaries

Books.... Ascent of Humanity, Island, A Confederacy of Dunces, 1984, Cry the Beloved Country, essays by Michel de Montaigne, anything Bukowski, Huxley or Krishnamurti

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
