CURRENT MISSION enjoy life, meet people, discover countries ! ABOUT ME I used to work past year in an institute specilized in using satellite imagery. To cut a long story short, I was a researcher on a European project of global land cover cartography. For the moment I'm about to start a long term journey around Africa, trying to reach Madagascar from Europe without taking any planes. That means a lot of hitchiking, boat hitchiking and common transportation ! PHILOSOPHY My philosophy ? Don't waste your time or time will waste you ! Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING If I'm there, I'm glad to welcome couch surfers, give them the tips to survive in my city or just discuss around a beer (yes, I'm a real Belgian !) COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I did it in France and Morocco. that was amazing !! Can't wait to do that again ! Music, Movies, and Books
I'm fond of reading, I read almost everything I find (except romance). I like to watch series and movies too (science fiction are my favorites). It's difficult to name one book or movie that is THE movie/book of your life! For the moment I'm really into the Game of Throne books (much better than the TV show!)
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Last year I went from Brussel to Kinshasa hitchiking, without taking any planes. That was amazing. Really you should try !

I always want to learn and improve langages or if u have any advice on traveling... If anyone around here is a master in bouddhism, I'm interested too ! Otherwise I'm quite informed on the environmental issues, or somethings more technical like teledetection (playing with satelites images !) but does it really interest somebody? ;). I can also advice on which beer to drink

I'm a very curious girl so basically, I'm will be interested in many subjects but my favourites are the environment and nature, movies (I'm a cinemaniac), books, street arts, travels and learn new languages.
