One Amazing Thing I've Done
Well, the first thing that comes to mind is that when I worked in epidemiology I got to help with a plague (yes, the black death kind) investigation in the field. But that's really only interesting to fellow public health nerds. More suited to this website, I'll go with I did a (mostly) overland trip from Singapore to Mongolia over 7 months that was pretty fantastic.
