我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I had my first couchsurfing experience in 2014 with a Croatian family, where I had the chance to meet some amazing people, since then I have traveled across Lithuania and, by couchsurfing, learnt more about a country than I ever could from a book, or tourist information thingy

Soooo I have hitchhiked in many European countries.

I traveled across Lithuania by hitching, trains and buses, made some amazing friends, jumped from a 100 degree Russian sauna into an icy pond

Eaten chocolate cheese, drank prison beer and the sap from a birch tree

Ringed 300 birds in the Curonian spit, seeing the sunrise every morning from the forest and beach

Solo hitchhiked along the Curonian spit, visiting the border of Russia and the Grey Dunes
I have slept under the stars and walked barefoot across Croatian islands and seen these weird hurricane things sucking up the sea (I wasn't stoned I promise)

I've eaten a raw octopus and live squid.

I have flown to Pisa, met some strangers and partied all night before catching another flight in the morning

I have volunteered for conservation sites worldwide, working with bears, lions, dolphins, giraffes, elephants..
