ABOUT ME

My Motto: Have suitcase, Will travel. I absolutely love to travel, meet new people and explore various cultures. I am grateful to have friends all over the world. I'm very friendly, outgoing and a mountain of fun. You can usually find me in a city, the country or outdoors on my laptop churning out a juicy novel or an amazing poem. I dabble around in the medical field by day and hit the cafe's by night to bring out the writer at heart.

Interests

There is something about the outdoors that soothes my soul. Like climbing a mountain or hiking with friends. Or just watching a beautiful sunset off the shores of a beach. People grab my attention. Whether engaged in a conversation, eating at my favorite sushi bar I try to engage in every moment of my life. It's all relevant. I try to surround myself with happy, loving, friendly people because it is a reflection of myself.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Shoots! There's too many. My latest feat the pyramids in Egypt were far beyond what I expected. What an emotional, spiritual, magical journey. Sailing down the Nile River, balloon ride over the Valley of the Kings, OMG, so many fascinating moments.

Climbing Machupicchu & trekking through the Amazon Jungle. Looking a Great White Shark in the eyes. Amazing. Diving off the coast of Cape Town South Africa with the Sharks.

Kruger National Park, South Africa. The setting - The jungle. The goal is to see the Big 5: The lion, elephants, white rhino, buffalo and the leopard. I was lucky enough to see them all within my week-long stay. I also saw the wilderbeast, lions,impalas, hyenas, ostrich, hippos, bush pig (wild boar)and many other animals & species known to man.

Diving in the Great Barrier Reef. WOW! I saw a 600-year old clam, it was huge I touched it's lips and I can see that it was alive. I was in awe of diving in such a place where you go back hundreds of years.

I know we should only list 3, but I had to mention the Cradle of Mankind and The Coliseum in Rome (I was overwhelmed with tears from the history alone).
