Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I`d like to meet different people from different countries, listening to their stories and learn about cultures

Interests

I'm very interested in natur what is the reason for my geography and biology studies (from september). Even as a child I was always outside, discovering our world, watching animals and playing in the dirt. I had the great possibility to grow up in the countryside.
Sport is a compensation to the time I spend reading..;)I played volleyball and made orientation run. Unfortunately I have a injury since september and have to make a pause..
I'm not really a philosophy person but I think we never learn out..and books can help to learn more..;)
Another passion is my motorcycle. As a teenager it was clear for me to have a bike sometime! With 17 years I had my first scooter and with 19 years I had enough money to buy a motorcycle..yeah:D In Switzerland we have to do many lessons and so it is enough expensive..
In Basel is every year Art Basel. A big exhibition with classic or modern art. We also have great art museums. It is fascinating what people can express with their works. I like going into our theater to watch ballets and musicals.

I always read books from the country I`m travelling at the time, if possible in their language

I really love Iceland and therefore I like the Iceland Crime books. In general I often read historical or novels based on true stories.
