Overview
About Me
Hey there, I’m Cesar! I’m a curious soul with a passion for learning, exploring, and connecting with people from all walks of life. You’ll quickly find that I love deep conversations, especially when they dive into history, science, or philosophy (bonus points if you’re into neuroscience or ancient cultures!).
I’m a respiratory therapist by profession, and my career has taught me that every breath is precious—quite literally! Outside of work, I’m an avid learner and a bit of a tech nerd/ AI enthusiast (shout out to my first computer, the legendary Commodore 64). I also enjoy writing, especially on topics like the intersection of neuroscience and trauma with Buddhist philosophy.
Travel-wise, I’ve been fortunate enough to see some beautiful places and am always looking for more. Whether it’s small, charming towns or vibrant cities, I try to experience everything a place has to offer—food, culture, and the occasional random adventure.
I’m pretty laid-back and approachable, but I also value meaningful interactions . You can expect good company, mutual respect, and the occasional witty comment if we cross paths!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting new people and seeing the world through their eyes. For me, travel is as much about the connections as it is about the destination. Couchsurfing offers a unique opportunity to build those connections in a way that’s more personal than traditional travel. It’s a great way to learn about different perspectives, share stories, and maybe even make a lifelong friend.
