About Me
Hey everyone, currently living in a place where I cannot host, but send me a message if you have particular hanging out needs or questions about montreal!
ABOUT ME
I have been a member of CouchSurfing for over 7 years now, but have hosted and traveled with my twin sister for much longer than that. When we started travelling separately, we made a new profiles, and that is why there is a lot less references here. Feel free to check out My old / Now Her profile at https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/chan514/references
** the rest of the profile is quite admittedly very similar, as guests and travels are often combined **
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I Love travelling, meeting new people, socializing with locals, exploring off the beaten path where there are less tourists... pretty much everything couch-surfing stands for.
CS has changed the way I travel the world, and has helped to meet awesome people I wouldn't have otherwise, not to mention great tour-guides in foreign cities ;)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Even before using this site, we have informally spent extensive amounts of times on other people's couches and people crashing by us. Not even necessarily friends- strangers met on busses, or in staircases, or park benches (half-joking bout the last one).
I have organized meetups in cities all over, from Montreal, Toronto, Boston, NYC, Paris, Manila and the mountains around there, Mount Pulag near Baguio, Antigua Mumbai, London, and hopefully many more soon ;)

Teach, Learn, Share
After all my travelling and life experiences, I never regret the things I've done, but I know I will regret what I haven't done. So grab life by its horns and don't look back. Learn from every experience, and pass on your life lessons to people you meet ;)
What I Can Share with Hosts
If you are trying to practice new languages, so am I...
I usually end up hanging out with my hosts and dragging them along on my off the beaten track adventures in their own city... makes for interesting stories...
I may even introduce you to new vegan and vegetarian restaurants which are a good list to have for your future guests (the One thing I pre-plan before travelling).
To share with guests- I may have a bike to lend, but we Definitely have a case of books should you want to swap a paperback for your further travels ;)
