Charles & Corinne :

We live in the french Alps where the air is clean and where we can grow vegetables and fruits. We're both from different countries and have settled for the time being in France. We still go to work every day but it's slowly coming to the point when that will be over..!

Charles: Arts, architecture, music, geography, energy efficiency, better building techniques. A life-long student no longer in search of a degree of any sort. I just love to do things with my hands.

Corinne: Organic gardening, D.I.Y, cooking, reading, swimming in the Mediterranean, admiring the beautiful view from our house, tchatting with friends...

Him : Just about everything! My music taste is strongly influenced by my university years in Louisiana; so I love jazz, blues, cajun, zydeco, blue-eyed soul, french, catalan, spanish & italian music. I'm not much into movies but I do appreciate some as long as there's no violence in them. I've been an internet user for so many years (!) and I read a lot; both online and offline.

Her: Pop rock music (London Grammar), French music, vocal jazz (Térez Montcalm, Norah Jones) Scandinavian crime fiction... big reader, lots of books.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We live in a village where you can relax and enjoy nature, go hiking, lay back and have a chat on philosophy, living trends, environmental issues, a good bottle of wine, a great meal, some laid back moments of life. Couchsurfers can choose to use their tents if they want because we have a large pasture around the house. Our house is cozy and warm, we cook and enjoy life. We have a border collier dog that loves having guests even if he is old. If you wish, you can even work in the garden with Corinne.
