Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted twice now and they were excellent experiences. Both were form other countries and I really enjoyed learning their culture and sharing different kinds of food. I introduced 2 sisters from Germany to Fried pickles.

Interests

I am 100% an out doors kind of person! I enjoy everything from camping to horseback riding to just sleeping in a hammock! It is my goal to Hike the Appalachian trail one spring! I am also very much a people person, I enjoy meeting new people and hearing their stories, because stories are what make us who we are!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing things I've ever experienced was saving a man's life! It really gave me a new appreciation for life and death and how fragile it is! (believe it or not, doing something like that brings a lot of stress as well)

Teach, Learn, Share

First, What can I offer? Currently my Roommate and I can teach some good dance moves or how to line dance! If you crash on our couch on a certain night you might even come along! I can also show people how to cook. Not teach, because best food comes from the cook, so you can watch and get knowledge on your own! And I have no problem sharing my Beers!

I would Love to learn chess some day. I also wish to know more about how my vehicle works so I can fix things myself! To be honest I am so open minded that I would love to learn almost anything! You can find benefit it everything!
