Hola soy Jean Carlos pero mis amigos me dicen Charlie, soy estudiante de pregrado en Licenciatura en inglés, también soy bailarín de folclor Colombiano y trabajo medio tiempo como profesor de español e inglés. Me fascina mucho todo lo que tiene relación con la cultura, me fascina viajar y comer cosas nuevas; además de ello me fascina aprender mucho sobre idiomas y por supuesto me encanta salir de fiesta y tomar una cerveza con nuevos amigos.

Hi, I'm Jean Carlos, but my friends call me Charlie. I am an undergraduate student in English, I am also a dancer of Colombian folklore and I work part-time as a teacher of Spanish and English. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Soy un chico joven y que realmente ama viajar más que comer jajaja; he podido viajar a muchos países como México, Perú, Panamá, Brasil, España, China y Corea del Sur y por supuesto mi país Colombia, pero solo he tenido la oportunidad de hacer unos pocos amigos en México. Quiero conocer amigos por todo el mundo y si es posible recibirlos en nuestro apartamento para que conozcan nuestra cultura y nosotros poder conocer la de ellos.

I am a young guy and I really love traveling more than eating hahaha; I have had the opportunity to travel to many countries like Mexico, Peru, Panama, Brazil, Spain, China, South Korea, and of course my country Colombia, but I have only had the opportunity to make a few friends in Mexico. Music, Movies, and Books

Me fascina todo tipo de música, pero amo escuchar electronica, pop y reguetón ya que son las que más suenan en la fiestas. También soy muy miedoso pero me fascina ver películas de terror aunque amo mucho más las películas animadas y si son de Disney mejor. Me gusta mucho leer libros Pos- apocalípticos como la Saga Divergente de Veronica Ruth aunque no dejo a un lado la literatura inglesa y podría decir que mi libro favorito en este momento es Gullivers Travels de Jonathan Swift.

I am fascinated by all kinds of music, but I love to listen to electronic, pop, and reggaeton because they are the ones that sound the most at parties. I am also very scared but I love watching horror movies although I love animated movies much more and if they are from Disney is much better. I really like reading Post-apocalyptic books like Veronica Ruth's Divergent Saga although I don't leave English Classic literature apart and I could say that my favorite book at this moment is Gullivers Travels by Jonathan Swift.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Creo que lo más increíble que he hecho es poder viajar y conocer personas y culturas nuevas. Aunque no cambiaría jamás la aventura de poder viajar por el mundo representando a mi país y sus danzas folclóricas.

I think that the most incredible thing that I have done is being able to travel and meet new people and cultures. Although the adventure of being able to travel representing my country and its folk dances is something that I would never change.
