Update: After 14 month traveling the world I am now back in Germany. I moved to Munich and will hopefully be able to host soon.

I am currently on a Round-the-World-Trip to get to know new places, learn about different cultures and most importantly get to know new and hopefully fun people (so far it is working great ;))

What to tell you about myself... hmmm... I am a fun-loving, very talkative and direct person. I'm almost always in good spirits, like to crack jokes and enjoy familylife as well as evening-outs with friends. I especially like cooking for a big bunch of people and sit around afterwards with a nice glass of wine to have a good chat. With my siblings and parents I share a very strong bond and though I have moved out to study a long time ago and have been living away from home ever since, whenever I visit we usually turn to one of our favourite pastimes which is playing almost any kind of games as well as playing music.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Having heard only good things about Couchsurfing I wanted to give it a try as it seems to fit perfectly to the way I like to travel and I'm really looking forward to getting started on here. I have, of course, stayed on Couches before, but usually this has been with friends or friends of friends.

Now that I am traveling long-term and to more remote places, I hope that Couchsurfing will get me in touch with fun, like-minded people. Finding a travel companion for parts of my travel would also be great. I don't mind doing things on my own, it's just usually much more fun with good company.

Interests

I like reading, rowing, chilling out, going to museums, concerts and Fussball matches, watching movies & TV Series, doing crazy stuff, helping apparently lost tourists to find their way around the city, meeting new people, learning foreign languages and, oh, have I mentioned cooking? ;)

Hard to pick a favourite as it changes a lot. Ask me in person when we meet and I'll tell you my current faves!

I am always willing to learn new things, especially languages and new cooking recipes. Same goes for sharing and teaching those languages I already know and whatever other useful (or useless) information my brain has decided to store throughout the years :D
