Music feeds my soul. I enjoy all kinds of music. My favorite to sing along with in the car are powerful belted out songs from The greatest Showman at the moment.

I’ve created three incredible children.

By creating women’s retreats I empower women to live in abundance and joy and follow their dreams. As a chef, I embrace cooking with curiosity of different cultures and ingredients and cooking together. I find peace and joy in sharing stories over a long meal with new friends or old.

I love cooking with and for others. I share stories of beautiful adventures across the world. Connecting with people across the world makes life beautiful and colorful and is a magical learning and growing experience.
