22 Year old me: Definitely fucked up, but easy going too :P

34 Year old me: A lot more chilled now 😄 I enjoy balance in life, going for hikes and walking the cities, drinking coffee and an early bedtime 🤙 I do also climb rocks for a living and jump off cliffs, dig underground in caves and hang off ropes.

Music - kings of Leon, Avicii, the killers, Bastille, David Guetta, macklemore, Paolo nutini, Wiz Khalifa... pretty much most music

Books - Into the wild! And mostly psychology, philosophy books. Stoicism like Marcus Aurelius and Epictetus.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed Snowdon in a spiderman onesie for charity, Dived between tectonic plates of America and Europe, San Fermin bull run 2014, Skydived in Interlaken, Northern lights in Iceland, Volunteered in Armenia for 8 months.... Survived a hit to the head by a bull :P
