About Me
ABOUT ME
I'm a cheerful girl, I learned to look on the bright side of matters and I enjoy life with simple things.
I'm open minded, generous and kind, a quite and easy going person, with a taste of insanity.
I just love what the nature gives me and I try to respect mother earth as much as I can.
Many people are not sensitive enough to realize how much extraordinary the nature is and I think it's a shame!
I'm food and wine lover.
I love fermented food and this is part of my job. I'm a freelance chef , so it means that I don't work in a place. I love move myself and travelling to see the world and meet people.
I like to share people my way of cooking and my food.
I try each day to share people the fermentation wisdom I had learned and demystify home fermentation.
If you are getting into the foods maybe you don't know that many of your favorite foods and drinks are probably fermented. For instance: Bread, Cheese, Wine, Beer, Mead, Cider, Chocolate, Coffee, Tea, Pickles, Sauerkraut, Kimchi, Salami, Miso, Tempeh, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Yogurt, Kefir, Kombucha.
If you are curious, interested or passionated into fermentation food it would be great to meet you, if we could catch.
