I'm Chiara, an Italian girl living in Parma, Unesco Creative City of Gastronomy, also the capital of the Italian "Food Valley".
I’m graduated in Gastronomic Science and now I'm attending a Master in Communication and Food Management.
I’m a world’s lover and I’m fascinated by different cultures, but I’m also a supporter of Italian wine and food heritage. Therefore, I would like that my work could represent my passions and gives me the ability to trasmit them to others. For that reason I really need to travel and discover new places and lifestyles.

Soy doctora en Ciencia Gastronómica, actualmente estudio en un Master de Comunicación y Management de el producto alimentario típico.
Por cuanto soy amante del mundo y de las culturas diferentes, pero también defensora del legado de las tradiciones alimentarias y vitivinícolas italiana, me gustaría que mi trabajo represente mis pasiones y me dé la oportunidad de transmitirlas a todo el mundo, por eso para mi es muy importante viajar y descubrir nuevos lugares y estilos de vida.

Hard Rock, Heavy Metal are my favourite types of music, but I really enjoy every musical genre!
Unfortunately I'm not a books lover, and I know that this is too bad! When I was young I was forced to read books that I didn't want to... so that is my little "block", but I'm sure that maybe one day I'll start loving books.
I'm addicted to movies and tv series, my favourite genres are the romantic and dramatic ones ( yes, I know... too cheesy) but also adventure and that weird movies of which you will never understand the end.
