Music, Movies, and Books

Literature: I work with books for a living. Fiction mostly. Never Let Me Go, Station Eleven, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time, Not Wanted on the Voyage, The Boys in the Boat, A Song of Ice and Fire, Red Rising, books by Haruki Murakami and David Mitchell.

Film: I take the Oscar pool at my workplace very seriously. The Toronto International Film Festival is something I look forward to every year. Amélie, Amour, A Single Man, Beginners, Before trilogy, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Gravity, Her, Inception, Never Let Me Go, Pan's Labyrinth, Requiem for a Dream, Rust and Bone, Short Term 12, The Fall, The Science of Sleep, The Squid and the Whale, Tracks, films by Xavier Dolan, Jean-Marc Vallée, and Wes Anderson.

Music: I constantly have my earphones in, if I'm not at a live show. Indie/Alternative usually. I teared up as I walked up and caught the view of the Grand Canyon. It was truly magnificent.
