Interests

I am a medical doctor, studied at University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg - however I don't want to practice clinically. I almost changed to biomedical engineering in my third year of study. Now I am interested in neuromorphic computation and engineering, artificial neural networks and complex systems. I intend to complete a master's in computer science one day.

I am also apart of the Wits Snow Ski club - haha very little snow in Africa but we go snowboarding every year in Lesotho.

I cycle on weekends, try go for the odd run during the week and play squash when I can.

The human brain project (https://www.humanbrainproject.eu/) and the Synapse project are extremely interesting.
