Traveling and communicating with people from different countries, continents, and cultures is my passion.
I have been dreaming about around-the-world trip for the last 10 years I guess ....waiting while I could settle all the things to hit the road. And here I am!! Have started my journey in April 2023 and I am on my way to see the planet Earth all around:)))) he he

I am passionate about positive psychology, self-development, languages, beach volleyball, and traveling.

Five years ago I created an online platform for language tutors (Lonet.Academy) and moved from Latvia to Barcelona. A wonderful city with the best vibes ever!
I work as a language coach, life coach, and a small business coach. I play beach volleyball, study psychology, help people to achieve their dreams and goals, and travel.

I am a very sociable person, an absolute extrovert diagnosed with wanderlust.

My major interests are:
- positive psychology and well-being;
- history (especially interested in the history of the African continent);
- how to make the world better through education;
- books, books, and books;
- beach volleyball (not sure if I can survive the around-the-world trip without it:((((;
- hiking;
- skiing;
- meeting new friends, sharing positive thoughts, ideas, and vibes, and learning about new cultures;
- I love empowering conversations;
- thinking environment and challenging questions.

NOTE: I don't discuss politics, religion, the monetary world system, and vaccination.

I adore the feeling of being on the road.
I am thrilled by the atmosphere of airports and terminals.
Somewhere deep inside I think I am a vagabond.

Have fallen in love with beach volleyball! Really, really! Spending all my weekends on the beach, training, playing, and taking part in tournaments.

Have traveled to more than 60 countries, and 250 places. The most interesting were:
- beautiful garden route in South Africa,
- Peru (incredible Machu Picchu),
- Botswana (the elephants swimming across Chobe River),
- Madagascar Childrenland (will never forget its smell),
- Argentina (wine, steak, and tango),
- Morocco (Milky Way in Sahara desert)!!
- beach volleyball in Zanzibar ... Hakuna Matata
- incredible landscapes of Namibia
- my spiritual sessions in Goa

Can return and explore Africa and South America again and again.
For the soul travel would go back to Seychelles and Mauritius.

音乐、电影和书籍

My taste in music is very simple )) listening to Coldplay, Sia, Morten Harket, Birdy, Ed Sheeran (of course!! I am still romantic...) and some Spanish singers. These days quite into the African spirit :) I left my heart in Zanzibar :))

I adore ballet! Especially on the Russian stage. Swan Lake and Anna Karenina (by Eifmann) are my favorites.

Books: I read always and everywhere. Now reading "The Fortunes Of Africa" by Martin Meredith.

I can teach you some Spanish, Russian and Latvian. I could teach you how to apply some interventions of positive psychology in your daily life, but I think people who are couchsurfing don't need it.

I would like to learn Dutch and Arabic languages.

I can share a lot of stories... I have had many curves and bumps in my life :))
