About Me
Queer asexual individual just looking to travel around and visit places safely. My name has been legally changed to Cheis (pronounced "chase") in the States, and I'm a laid-back kind of person. I've lived in Kyoto for three years studying in college, but my Japanese is still a bit underdeveloped. I like to connect with new people and share a bit of my time with them! I always hope that I can make someone's day a bit happier :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Represented Japan at the international level for the International Negotiation Competition 2013 in Pohang, South Korea.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm a pretty good listener who's also low maintenance and removed from situations enough that there's relatively low risk in talking to me about anything. I'm fine when left on my own, but I also love to be taken along as a companion to different places and events. My Japanese is not fluent, but it's good enough that I can understand most things that are said to me and speak with reasonable proficiency. I can teach a few phrases or translate some things (vary helpful if you want to order something from Japan!)

Cyprus, England, France, Japan, South Korea
