Hey! I'm Chris, a Norwegian guy who loves travelling and exploring new places and cultures. I am a history nerd, so when I travel, I often end up studying the history of my destinations and I tend to spend way too much time in museums. I live in Oslo where I work freelance as an actor.

Acting life is a poor life, but travelling is so important to me, that I try to make it as affordable as possible. Also, I find that locals give the best tips when I travel, and it's always fun to get to know new people who can show me interesting stuff in their home towns!

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a musical theatre nerd, and I absolutely love Stephen Sondheim's music. If you don't know shows like Company or Sweeney Todd yet, go check them out! I like a lot of other music, too, but if you can discuss musicals with me, I'm sold. (And if you like the show Hamilton, you can trust we'll be best friends straight away!)

I read a lot, and often the classics, both in English and Norwegian. The most beautiful books I have read, discuss the beauty and horror of human life - from war and conflict to love, hate and faith. Authors like Khaled Hosseini, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie and Lev Tolstoj resonate with me in a unique way. I also enjoy crime novels, and Agatha Christie is my queen there!

Being an actor, I love movies, and Christopher Nolan is my hero here. His films are so full of interesting conflicts and characters, with intriguing plots and, of course, brilliant direction and camera work. I can watch any movie, from action to rom-coms, and being a history nerd, films based on historic events and characters are always super interesting!

I've acted on Norway's greatest stage - the Norwegian Opera & Ballet, in two shows (silent roles) in the spring of 2019.
