PHILOSOPHY:
- There is something I need to tell you.
- Is it something nice?
- Not exactly.
- Then it can wait.
- But for how long?
- Forever and ever!

Interests

writing short stories, poems, song lyrics and then of course reading (mostly Poe and Tolkien as well as about astronomy)

Music, Movies, and Books

It always depends on what I am currently in for. There is no real genre where I'd say that I could listen to all the time. I listen for example to calm artists like Banks and Bon Iver but then on the other hand also to Hudson Mohawke and Gesaffelstein. The same corresponds to films and books.
Whereas I think 'Interstellar' or 'The Great Gatsby' for instance were very good films (but there is a myriad of films to be mentioned); and my favourite writers - those I prefer reading - are J. R. R. Tolkien and E. A. Poe.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It is the first time for me that I've stayed abroad for such a long time and I consider this term really and amazing thing and I'm glad that I've decided to do it since I'd have missed so many tremendous things and experiences.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've started learning Spanish three years ago and I'd like to become more fluent in speaking so that it would help me a lot if we would talk in Spanish but I don't mind, e. g. if we use English or German instead. I knew already very early at school that I want to actually work actively with foreign languages and started off to become a translator/interpreter (this achievement is still in progress) and to build bridges between cultures - since this is what I am interested in most: foreign cultures/countries/languages.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am an avid reader/filmgoer and like to talk about either books or films but also about travelling and foreign countries or learning/speaking foreign languages.
For me personally it does not really matter whether I look around the city on my own or whether you want to join me and show me around the city through the eyes of a local.
