I am an urban planner who decided to take a sabbatical year. Motivated by a deep desire to discover the world, I decided to embark on a cycling trip from Portugal to Central Asia.

One truly amazing thing I have done is climbing the world's highest active volcano : Cotopaxi.

I can teach how to cook mexican food. 5 years of professional experience as a taco chef. I can share my skiing and mountain experiences. I also have a lot of interest in geography and some social phenomenons that I like to share about.
