ABOUT ME

I've been all over Canada and loved every part of it, I love to travel, take pictures, and volunteer. I enjoy a good run and I'm trying to become in better shape by revamping my diet. I consider myself a geek lover; I like the internet, Folk and Indie music, the newer the better. I like to think I'm a healthy balance of mature and fun. I'm chatty and surround myself with likewise people.

I like vintage and cultural relics things like books that share viewpoints they used to have back in the day. My favourite book ever written was "Meditations" by Marcus Aurelius. I know how to handle awkward situations and to have a good time, so if you fall in the latter then don't you worry. I'm both an extrovert and introvert, most would consider me a walking contradiction. I'm known for my good hearted nature, I smile a lot, I joke a lot.

PHILOSOPHY

Community is the most important thing to me right now. If everyone took a few hours a week to help their neighbour, volunteer, cook a meal for friends, (etc...), the world would be a much better place.

I offer my couch to those who need it. Depending on the type of guests I'll make something in the kitchen as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went to NY state for a pre-screening of a documentary...I had a better time with the hosts, I'd love to drive down again, they were a great bunch.

I had a bad experience four years back, there was a nice couple that I hosted for. The next morning my facbook account was hacked AND the CS "last address + login" showed they logged in at 4am....which they didn't because they were asleep in the room next to mine. Since then I ask for more details/references.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen the inside of a billionaires yacht, it was amazing. Marble everywhere, million dollar statues, spiral staircases...it had it all.
