HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I have a couch avaialble, but my availability is limited depending on the time of year. I was born and raised in San Diego so I also make a great tour guide!
Music, Movies, and Books
I love reading! I am a big fan of literature and historical fiction. I have recently read, and thoroughly enjoyed, Cannery Row (Steinbeck), as well as The Guide (Narayan.) As for music I love rock, alternative rock, acoustic, and reggae.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
One of the coolest things I've experienced was when I was snorkeling on the big island of Hawaii (in Kona). I was following some cool fish around. While trying to take some pictures with my underwater digital camera, I dove about 10 to 15 feet down and I could hear whales calling to each other in the distance. I later saw them from the boat I was on, but hearing them underwater was awesome.
