As often as possible, Florent and Claire backpack and go around the World.

Florent is a 1m92 giant. Claire is a 1m60 tiny girl. But that does not prevent them from sleeping on any couch.

Florent is passionate about cinema, especially American cinema of the 70s.
Claire willingly submits to his passion. She gets revenge by frequently taking him on endless hikes.

Like good French people, they like to share and discover new gastronomic specialities! It's a good start to immerse yourself somewhere, and what a fabulous language in common.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We like to immerse ourselves completely when we travel, live to the rhythm of the inhabitants, get off the beaten track and tourist activities, discover the local gastronomy, and of course make unforgettable encounters! :)

Florent has already done couchsurfing, especially in Vancouver. He loved his experience and the exchanges with other couchsurfers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

CLAIRE : Lost in the Corsican maquis when I was 10 years old, with my parents, we managed to get out after several hours of battle against the impenetrable vegetation. Covered in scratches, short of water, we were lucky enough to come across friendly Italians who had docked on a deserted beach by boat. They shared a full bottle of ice water from the fridge as soon as the child I was appeared! Mamma mia what a treat!

FLORENT : One day, I went in search of the Holy Grail and my father kidnapped by the Nazis. Adorned with my hat and my whip that never leave me, here I am embarked on a journey from Austria to Turkey, in a sidecar, in a dirigible balloon, and on horseback, facing a horde of formidable Nazis. Well, in the end everything ended well. I even reconciled with my father and the femme fatale I met fell into a crevasse. Yes, I tend to confuse life with movies.
