Overview
About Me
Easily bored, constantly looking for new adventures. Also looking for new places to nap!
Frequently found on "the East Coast", Central America, the Middle East, and different spots in Europe. Looking for other nomads, free spirits, weirdos, and intellectuals!
I have the line "Forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet, and the winds long to play with your hair" tattooed on my leg. Words to live by, from Khalil Gibran. Seriously. Shoes are terrible, they are like tiny prisons for your feet!
Queer, 4/20, and social/political left friendly!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because meeting YOU sounds so much more interesting than traveling by myself!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbed Mt. Kenya when I was 13
Rode an ostrich, snuggled with a cheetah, fought a baboon
Walked through an archeological dig from the worlds oldest human settlements outside Jericho, on rope bridges strung hundred of feet up between trees in the Ghanian rainforest, and across miles of exposed coral reef of the coast of Kenya at low tide
Survived malaria twice.
Somehow never been arrested, deported, or shot!
Was a vegetarian for eight years. When I started eating meat again my roommates and I bought a goat, slaughtered and butchered it. Know where your food comes from!
Teach, Learn, Share
So happy to hang out in a kitchen, making food to share or learning new cuisines!
I'm only really fluent in English, but learning/practicing other languages makes me happy! (Also happy to hang out with folks that are working on their english and want a conversation partner)
What I Can Share with Hosts
Food and friendship! I'd love to stay with people who are engaged in alternative living, social justice initiatives, or other non-mainstream situations... So I can offer you solidarity, and good conversation too!
