Hi there!

I'm a 27 year old girl living in Brussels with a friend of mine.
I teach Dutch to adults from all over the world.

You should know that I am always a little bit late, and almost always talking so no awkard silences ( but since I don't like waking up I am very quiet in the morning). I am also very sociable, enthousiastic and I love to meet new people and listen to their stories.

When I travel I am very flexible, open and grateful to the people I meet on my trips. These encouters make a journey so enriching.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travelling is so much more than visiting touristic places you've seen in Trotter.
For me it is about meeting new people, have unexpected encounters and share great experiences!

I am in love with Brussels and with my own neighborhood (Marollen).
I would really want to show you why (even though I am pretty new here myself)!

Love to listen and work for the radio, DIY, yoga, fitness (sometimes)
second-hand stores, movies, books, going out, dancing, theatre,
In my spare time I do voluntary work with children. I give language classes to foreign children.

I saw '20th century women' recently. Loved it!
I like to listen to old songs from The Smiths, Talking heads, The Cure, ...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled through Tanzania by myself and visited a friend there. I took the train across the country and had the best time ever!
I spent one month and a half in a ranch/farm in the south of Spain.
I lived in a trailer surrounded by animals and learned so much about the wonders of nature!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am pretty new here myself so I can't tell you everyting there is to see but I will do my very best.
My roommate and I can share our very cosy appartment in The Marollen with you.
You would have to sleep on the couch or on an extra matras but we do have great coffee in the morning!
