ABOUT ME

Uuuaaahhh, still don't like writing about myself and I am not so fond of judging a book by its cover ;-). Let's keep it short and simple - everything else you'll hopefully find out when we meet in person :-).
Just finished my studies, moved to Düsseldorf for an internship during the summer even though I planned on woofing but postponed is not cancelled ;-).
Although I have been living in urban areas, I love the countryside, love to be outside, to ride the bike, hike, play tennis etc. Friends and familiy mean the world to me. I'd say I am easy going, sociable, respectful ... I am an early bird - but al least this gives me the chance to prepare breakfast - no bribe intended;).

PHILOSOPHY

Whew! That's a big word... I guess I came to believe that there is almost always a bright side to everything or something you can learn ... and if it's not alright, yet - it's not the end;).

Don't take yourself too serious and be a good person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I started hosting by coincidence when I met someone while car pooling. Two years ago I also started surfing and loved it! I had so many great experiences and wanna give back some of that kindness. It is such an amazing and easy way to get to know people, help them out or - from the surfer's perspective - have kind of a friend when you're new in town or visiting:)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met people while traveling and hosted them for a couple of days/weeks as they just arrived in Dresden or planned on visiting it.
Osianna was my first host and it was just incredible! I just want to give back that infinite kindness, trust and continue getting to know people/making new friends all over the world:)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The agony of choice... I enjoyed my stay in Canada to the fullest - especially the hikes in the Rockies and a roadtrip through Alberta and BC.

However, in daily life, I am enchanted by children's laughter. I think it's one of the most beautiful sounds in the world. It's pure happiness, care-free and contagious.

Teach, Learn, Share

Hmmm, that's a tough one again... I guess I'm pretty good at always looking at the bright side of life and helping people see it, too. People have told me that I have a way of motivating them, making them feel good about themselves. Guess, you'll have to find out ;-)
