Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To Listen, To Help, To Create, To Grow.
ABOUT ME
Conversations, books, academia, and saying yes to new experiences are my modes of education. I strive to be patient and understanding, and to embrace people different than myself. I prefer being outdoors. I try to leave every place better than I found it, specifically messy kitchens.
PHILOSOPHY
Every year shall be better than the last. Explore, question, devote yourself.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have hosted, I have surfed. I am exploring Europe for the first time and hoping to find many gracious hosts there.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have spent time with couchsurfers in California, Honduras, Greece, and in Guatemala. I like to take my guests on adventures, and I love when my hosts take the time to show me something they love about their home land.
Interests
In the most general sense, my interests are food, people, and art. I am most comfortable when surrounded by nature. Or in a kitchen, with something to do. I have put in a few years in my local, organic farm community and it has greatly shaped my lifestyle. I have always been an artist, and encourage creativity wherever I can. I am immensely interested in the human race, and enjoy learning about societies, cultures, and the histories of individuals.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Riding in the back of a pick up truck with a new friend, around seven in the morning past the Lago Yojoa in Honduras, leaning on our backpacks and sharing a morning session with the wind gods. Watching the fog come down the mountains while the workers in the sugarcane fields began their day. The wind around us made our funny hair stand up every which way. We smiled together because we were doing exactly what we wanted to be doing with our lives.
