I'm in transition for the last 5 years -- I was a teacher and student before that. Then I had surgery on my arm and started meditating and commercial fishing and then I moved back to New Hampshire with my parents and am interested in healing and empowering birth experiences. I'm interested in people's stories. I like to listen and hold space.
Fluent in English

One Amazing Thing I've Done
Once, when I was sleeping in the desert on the way to a climbing area (I had just pulled off on an old dirt road), I was woken by a truck pulling up beside me. A man and his daughter got out. The back of the truck was built up with a huge set of white slots, like mail boxes. As I was lying in my sleeping bag, I watched the man pull a chord on the side of the truck. Each slot opened and HUNDREDS of doves flew out into the blue, filling the sky like a blanket. Mostly, I remember the sound of wings beating. The girl was supposed to take a picture, but she missed it. In seconds, the whole event was over, and the people drove away. I am absolutely positive that this was real (I was with someone else who saw it too), but it was so full of wonder that it feels like a dream.
What I Can Share With Hosts
I love to listen, to get to the heart of a person and discover inner truths. I have stories about the sea and land and love and loss and triumph. I can tie many knots and cook and make art. I love collaboration, "radical presence"-- to see what is needed and best at any given moment and manifest what I can best add.
My Interests
I'm interested in breath, finding words for abstract concepts, natural childbirth, alternative medicine, yoga, meditation, conversation, oracle cards and sacred ceremonies, nature, peace.
