ABOUT ME

I am senior in college at University of Tennessee and majoring in Mechanical Engineering. I really love traveling. I love being outside. I live to rockclimb. My hobbies include cycling, running, playing drums, and working on bikes and small engines.

I grew up in the southern United States. I have lived in the United States and Germany. I enjoy traveling around the world and living with new cultures. I have spent a lot of time romping through the woods and wading through swamps. I enjoying taking the "scenic route", I have spent many an afternoon riding by bike through the countryside.

PHILOSOPHY

The best way to learn is to live. "If you take life to seriously you will never get out alive."

Aside from spending time outside, I enjoy reading and listening to music. Some of my favorite authors are J. R. R. Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, Robert Louis Stevenson, and Alexander Dumas. The genres of music that I listen to are Classical, Jazz, Classic Rock, and some modern Rock.

I enjoy trying knew things. I really like food, but it is difficult for me to totally immerse myself into foreign cuisine because I am a vegetarian. Some of my favorite cuisines are Thai, Indian, Italian, Chinese, Greek, Mexican, and Turkish. My favorite beverage is Jamaican Ginger Beer.
